Telecoms World are honoured to have won the at the highly regarded Comms National Awards, which took place at the Hilton Park Lane, London. Our entry in the category beat 7 other telecom providers, as well as being finalists in the special category for Customer Service, we are extremely proud of the recognition Telecoms World has gained in providing innovative and effective services to our customers; namely the Berkshire NHS Trust.
As specialists in cloud delivered communications and contact centres, Telecoms World has shown exceptional success providing a hosted contact centre solution for the Berkshire NHS Trust. Our products and expertise has enabled office staff, home workers and remote staff to have full access to call functionality as if they were in all the same office at the same time. This resulted in a 48% increase in answered calls, with 97% efficiently reaching the desired skilled worker or department. This in turn has delivered a truly mobile workforce; creating a confidently connected environment which enables users to work seamlessly together from the office or in the field, any
time and using any device.
The Comms National Awards, hosted by TV sports presenter Gabby Logan, is the most coveted and celebrated awards for the ICT channel. Recognising and celebrating excellence in product, service and solution delivery across all aspects of the industry; designed to enable all types and sizes of UK telecoms providers to participate. It was a great night and a huge success, with guests from the Comms, IT and Mobile Channel. The judges were some of the biggest and most distinguished experts for this year’s Comms National Awards; all of them enjoying long and successful careers in the ICT industry and who know and understand what represents excellent channel support and high quality customer solutions.
Winning the Best SME Contact Centre Solution award, sponsored by Teleware, from the Comms National Awards this year, as well as being finalists in the special category, sponsored by Nine Wholesale, for Customer Service is a great achievement for Telecoms World. The story of our continued success is one that makes us very proud and we are looking forward to achieving further excellent results for the remainder of 2016 and for 2017.
