Every Christmas, we like to send out a number of Christmas cards to our trusted suppliers and partners. However, this year, due to current COVID-19 circumstances, we have put the money towards supporting a cause close to our hearts - Demelza Hospice Care.
About Demelza Hospice Care?
Demelza Hospice Care for Children was setup in 1998 and have been providing care for children and young people with serious or terminal illnesses. They pride themselves on their believe that every child should receive the care and attention they need to live the most fulfilling life they can, and that their families have the opportunity to build memories, for however long they have together.
Money well spent
Although we at Telecoms World, love a good Christmas card, we know how important it is to keep everyone safe during this difficult time. That's why we have done away with the usual Christmas cards this year and have instead put the money towards a worthy cause.
We believe that every child should experience the magic of Christmas, no matter how sick they are, and although this isn't our area of expertise, we want to do our bit to provide a little additional support during the Christmas period. We have therefore, donated £500 to Demelza Hospice Care for Children in the hopes to spread a bit of Christmas cheer with thanks to the amazing work they do at the organisation!
