Horizon Notification for iOS Soft Client Application Users – ‘You have 0 pending voicemail message’
Customers that were experiencing this issue, please can we ask that you complete the following steps to resolve:
• Logout and then login to the application. Wait 30-45 minutes. Do you get the same notification?
• If no change, uninstall application and reinstall. Wait a further 30-45 minutes. Do you get the same notification?
If you still receive the same notification after completing the above steps, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
• TW Account Number
• User DDI/Extension
• Confirming the steps you have completed to try and resolve the issue
There is currently a known issue whereby iOS Soft Client users on Horizon are currently receiving the following notification every half hour:
This is a known issue to the network and their 3rd line teams are working on a resolution.
Any updates on this issue will be provided when we have received them from the network.
