Wildix PBX Fault
UPDATE - 16:05pm
The Wildix outage has now been rectified. Anyone still experiencing problems should call the support team immediately. We would like to offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the issue was located at a London Data Centre and therefore, out of our control. We will continue to liaise closely with the platform and pass on all updates as they are received.
AWS London Data Centre is experiencing issues, and as a result, certain Wildix systems are offline.
The networks engineers are working extremely hard to rectify the issue, and have confirmed that services should resume hopefully within the next hour.
Once we have further information, we will update this page.
