We have had a high volume of calls to our support team advising issues with Broadband, Horizon & SIP. The network has confirmed the problem was affecting the south area and other networks such a Virgin and BT were also affected.

The network has confirmed the fault is fixed and circuits will start to come back online. If your service is affected, please unplug your router and plug it back in.
