The easy-to-use online portal allows agents to login and make their mobile or landline available to answer incoming client calls from a queue or hunt group. In addition, the management level gives you real-time wallboard analytics on calls and agent activity. Each individual agent is given access to their own portal with a username and password where they can set their status to active. Agents will then receive queued calls to their landline or mobile number which is distributed based on your preferences; skill level or in a particular agent order.
