The Challenge
Age UK supports and assists a network of more than 150 local Age UKs, which between them provide an extensive network throughout England. The Age UK Business directory is a free service to help older people find a trustworthy business in their local area; listing trades such as, builders, plumbers, joiners, plasterers, gardeners, roofers, etc. as well as other relevant services, such as mobility aid providers, solicitors and hairdressers. Age UK required a central number that callers could use and find information on services local to them.
Telecoms World Solution
Telecoms World provided Age Concern UK with a dedicated Freephone number which their callers could use to connect with local trades people that have been fully vetted and checked by their staff.
