Use multiple local numbers to measure marketing response

Our team assist businesses with their marketing campaigns using multiple local numbers and our Call Analytics solution. Up to 520 number ranges can be used for local towns and cities across the UK, these are assigned to advertising media including local press, billboards, flyers, radio and TV to measure response.

The numbers are added to the Call Analytics software to monitor and identify the locations and telephone response rate. Using the insight to incoming calls, the campaigns are refined to meet client demand. This includes increasing spend in the areas that attract the most calls (which equal sales) and changing tact with the media or brand message.

Call Analytics offers a detailed call data summary, number comparison and a detailed 'heat map' using Google Maps which helps the user to see the type of caller, their location and the duration of the call to see if the caller engaged in the service or offer.
