How can I present my business number from my mobile?

Presenting your business number is activated using a mobile application downloaded from either the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store. Complete the signup with the necessary verification steps to ensure that you have the authorisation to use the selected business number(s). Access the app's settings to configure how your business number is presented during calls, then simply choose a number from the directory or dial a new number to call and present your business number.

Can I analyse incoming and outgoing business calls using an application?

Yes, you can review data from the Business Calls mobile application, particularly if you are using a virtual 01 or 02 phone number, a non-geographic 08 or 03 number, and VoIP numbers or numbers ported to our hosted network. Compare call levels, busy periods, and answered and missed calls.
