Allied Recruitment specialises in the supply of Temporary and Permanent staff to the Construction Industry. Supplying labourers, bricklayers, floor layers and even senior management staff with a wealth of experience in the construction sector. They provide a first-class service, with all employees being fully reference checked; ensuring that their clients get quality staff for the vacancies available.

The Challenge

Allied Recruitment has been growing rapidly with new staff and new premises. They wanted to improve their phone system, add additional phone numbers and manage their mobile phone contracts more efficiently. They were finding their call charges too high and experiencing difficulty managing their incoming calls from clients and candidates effectively. It was also essential to improve internal call handling between staff.

New phonelines and business broadband was installed for their call centre as well, which have both been enabled with scalable functionality to grow with their business. New users can be added instantly and remote workers can access the CRM and contacts list as if they were in the office. Telecoms World ported all mobile lines over to a preferred UK network on a Business SIM-only deal to better manage Allied Recruitment's calls and data allowances on various tariffs.
