Intermittent crackle on the line with Virtual Numbers
We are currently aware of an audio quality problem with the hosting network, whereby customers may experience intermittent crackling on the line. At present it is only virtual numbers which are affected by this. The network are currently investigating the problem as a priority, however there is no SLA at this stage.
