Please enter the departments which your different options are for. It is advisable to have a "for all other enquiries" option included as the last option. Please enter up to 10 options. Please ensure target numbers for each department are entered.

Would you like the calls diverted to a different target number outside of business hours?

If you would like customers to be directed to a voicemail outside of business hours or if unanswered in hours

Once you have received confirmation that your IVR is live, please go to the My Account section of our website to see, check or change your divert options.  Any changes are made instantly and free of charge.
