Invoice/Billing Enquiries
How and when will I receive my rebate?
We'll send you an invoice when your rebate reaches the minimum amount of £50.00. After 60 days, we'll pay this amount direct into your nominated bank account.
What rebates am I entitled to?
That depends on your level of inbound minutes each month. You can receive between 1 pence per minute to 4 pence per minute depending on the type of number you have and the minutes of calls you receive.
Is there a contract term?
Yes, 08 and 03 numbers are subject to a 12 month contract.
Can I make a Debit/Credit card payment online?
Yes, you can pay for your bill online by accessing the My Account area and selecting 'Pay my Bill'.
Can I view my bill online?
Yes, you can view your bill online by accessing the My Account area and selecting 'View my Bill'.
How do I cancel my services?
Cancellations must be submitted via our online cancellation form https://www.telecomsworld.com/cancellation and allow a notice period of one calendar month.
Are your prices exclusive of VAT?
Yes, all stated prices exclude VAT at the current rate.
